Konisha

Owner /Trainer

Hi, I’m Konisha, a Lagree instructor at Six13. I discovered Lagree a few years ago after having my children and quickly fell in love with the method for its ability to challenge both the body and mind. Outside of the studio, I enjoy taking walks, being outdoors, and spending time in nature.

My music taste is all over the place when I work out, but when I teach, expect an upbeat playlist that keeps the energy high and helps push you through every shake and sweat. I’m passionate about creating a challenging, welcoming environment where clients of all fitness levels can feel strong, supported, and accomplished.

Jayla

Trainer

I’m Jayla, a Houston-based creative with a passion for wellness, movement, and self-expression. My background as a collegiate volleyball player played a huge role in shaping who I am today, teaching me discipline, resilience, confidence, and the importance of both mental and physical strength. Through athletics, I developed a deep appreciation for movement and the way it can positively impact not only the body, but also the mind. Outside of fitness and sports, I’ve always been drawn to creativity through art, music, and teaching. I love creating spaces where people feel inspired, supported, and confident enough to express themselves freely. Whether I’m working with others through movement, creativity, or community, my goal is always to encourage growth, confidence, and authenticity in everything I do.

Trainer

Hi! I’m Trinity :) I’m very passionate about creating experiences that help people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and community right here in Houston Tx. My wellness journey has grown through fitness, yoga, sound healing, and guided meditation, inspiring me to encourage others to feel strong both mentally and physically. Outside of fitness, I love music, and all things that revolve around creative expression. Whether I’m instructing or training,my goal within six13 is to inspire people to move with intention, confidence, and strength while continuing to grow as a leader in the wellness space.

Jazmyn

Trainer

Jazmyn Monét is a Houston-based certified Lagree instructor with a passion for movement that goes beyond the workout. A U.S. Air Force veteran and MBA graduate, she brings discipline, energy, and heart to everything she does, including her work as a luxury travel advisor through her own brand, TRVL + Toast.

Her fitness journey began with Barre, then Pilates, and evolved into a deep love for Lagree, drawn in by the intensity, the precision, and the way it challenges both body and mind. She believes fitness is one of the most powerful tools for building confidence and community, and she's excited to bring that belief to the SIX13 floor.

When she's not coaching, you can find her planning dream vacations and retreats for clients, exploring new restaurants, or spending time with her dog, Milo.

Favorite workout playlist: Hip Hip and Pop music with a good beat that makes you forget how hard you're working

Goal at SIX13: to be the instructor people look forward to, the one who pushes you just enough and makes you laugh while doing it.

I’m Taylor, a fitness enthusiast turned Lagree instructor with a passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered through movement. My fitness journey began with a desire to build both physical and mental strength, and over time, fitness became more than just a routine — it became a lifestyle. After discovering Lagree, I fell in love with its ability to challenge the body while building endurance, stability, and confidence.
My classes are fueled by high energy, motivation, and music that keeps you moving — from hip-hop and R&B to upbeat pop and feel-good mixes that make every workout empowering and fun. I’m dedicated to creating an environment where clients can push past their limits, build confidence, and celebrate their progress every step of the way.

Jamil

Trainer

Hi, I’m Jamil, a Lagree instructor at Six13. I discovered Lagree while looking for a workout that would challenge me in a different way, and I quickly appreciated how effective the method is for building strength, endurance, and control.

Outside of the studio, running is my favorite way to stay active. Whether it’s getting in miles outdoors or training for a marathon, I enjoy pushing myself and staying consistent with movement. When it comes to music, Houston artists stay in heavy rotation, so expect classes with high energy, good vibes, and a playlist that keeps you moving from start to finish.
