Lost or Stolen Packages:

Six13 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Six13 pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Eligibility:

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Accessories (grip socks, headbands, water bottles) and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return:

Email us at active@six13fitness.com with your order number.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

Ship your items back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
